Sherrie Keshner
A1A Trainer Sherrie Keshner is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer with 12 years training experience. Training is Sherrie’s full time profession and lifelong ambition. As a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT), Ms. Keshner strives to meet the high standards put forth by APDT, by employing humane, effective, reward-based training techniques while helping to prevent animal cruelty and abuse; and by treating all dogs and clients with the respect, consideration and appreciation they deserve.

Most of her experience was spent teaching and training severely and profoundly handicapped children and adults using Behavior Modification - a training technique that emphasizes using positive reinforcement to change or improve behaviors. She received a Certificate of Award for distinguished achievement in following Behavior Modification procedures.
From 2000 to 2003 Julie was the St. Johns County Coordinator for the Northeast Florida Group of the Sierra Club, the oldest environmental organization in the country. During that time she received two awards for her outstanding achievement and advocacy concerning the environment and an award from Enterprising Women of Florida for Women in Leadership.
