To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Sherrie Keshner and A1A Dog Training. My dog, Little Bit and I just completed our second tier of obedience classes and Canine Good Citizen certification. I am very excited and pleased with our progress and credit that to Sherrie, her teaching style, and her helpful hints. She showed us how to improve on the skills we learned in the first series of classes and how to expand our skills. She again had a variety of people and dog personalities to deal with and she amazes me how she can work with the group while working with each dog and owner individually as needed.

I would and have highly recommended Sherrie and A1A Training to others. I look forward to seeing the other courses offered by Sherrie and A1A Training because I find them to be very informative and also very fun. Thanks to Sherrie and A1A Training, Little Bit and I can continue to pursue our dreams of visiting nursing homes and hospitals.

Feel free to contact me at Mllouk@cfl.rr.com if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.

Sincerely,

Mary Louk & Little Bit

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Sherrie Keshner, A1A Dog Training.  I have had the pleasant experience of working with Sherrie in four diffferent capacities:  1) In 2005 as a student in a group dog training facility with our at that time three year old Dingo, Dakota; 2) In 2006 as a vendor sponsor for the Wiggle Walk Humane Society Fundraiser; 3) in 2007 as an adopter of a companion dog to be compatible with our Dakota; and 4) In 2008 as a student in private lessons for the newly adopted dog, Roxy.

I have found Sherrie to be a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task.  Sherrie is an independent, self-directed businesswoaman and educator who is able to communicate effectively and meet even the most demainding challenges, such as my prey-fixated puppy and a too loving but not disciplined enough adopter like myself.

Sherrie's training style is consistent and easy to understand.  In group training classes she is able to diffuse tense and difficult situations that can arise when strangers and high strung pups are thrown together.  Her greatest asset is her high energy and ability to find the funny side to every challenge.  She laughs often and with gusto.  Even the most obstinate quadruped or biped finds it difficult to deny her objectives.

It is without hesitation that I recommend Sherrie Keshner for your canine companion training or behavior challenges.  Please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss this matter further.

Sincerely,

Hi Sherrie:

I want to thank you for coming to our Menendez Park neighborhood with your dog training services.

It has been a wonderful experience for me and my dog.  The other neighbors have also commented on how much they have learned and the ease and convenience of just walking down the street instead of loading an excited dog in the car, not to mention the time and gas saved.

It has also been fun, and less stressful, having class with my neighbors.  We all know each other from walking our dogs and enjoy the fellowship.  The dogs are less stressed as they are familiar with the sights and sounds and other dogs, and can concentrate more easily on the training experience.

I would highly recommend the neighborhood training program to everyone, and, of course, Sherrie, I love your innovative ideas and energy, and your genuine love of our canine companions.

A thankful student,

Carolyn Gray

To Whom It May Concern:

Today’s session will complete our six week class and I look forward to attending your upcoming March session.  You have given me and MacCairn a platform of basic principles for effective communication and I am thrilled with the difference in behavior we both are demonstrating!!!

Terriers really are an independent breed and stubborn as well, so I found.  We were “locking horns” more often than not.  The concept of replacing the bad behavior with a positive one is so much more effective than “no” .  MacCairn gets the part that we are going to practice heel, sit, stay, etc.with treat reward whenever he misbehaves!

On a special note, I really appreciate you sensitivity to my specific fears of unfamiliar dogs, especially Shepards, which goes to the attack MacCairn sustained last May.  You provided a safe, controlled environment, where everyone had fun learning in a relaxed situation.

I look forward to being a better “Puppy Mom” and MacCairn, a better behaved  “Puppy Child”!!!

Thanks for such a great experience!!

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter on behalf of Sherrie Keshner and A1A Dog Training.  My dog (Little Bit) and I are in our fifth week of a six week course.  I am very excited and pleased with our progress and credit that to Sherrie, her teaching style, and her helpful hints.  She shows us how to make training fun and how to build a better bond between the dog and owner.  She is very patient and caring for both the dogs and the owners.  She understands dogs big and small and that each and every dog and owner is unique.  She uses a variety activities and one on one coaching to help us improve our social skills and our new learned training skills.  She also understands that to many of us our dog is far more than just a pet, but is a member of our family.

I would and have highly recommended Sherrie and A1A Training to others.  I plan on taking additional courses offered by Sherrie and A1A Training because I find them to be very informative and also very fun.  Feel free to contact me at Mllouk@cfl.rr.com if you have any questions or would like to discuss this further.

Sincerely,

Mary Louk & Little Bit

To Whom It May Concern:

My child Sarah was part of the 4-H Dog Gone Crazy Club. That is where we met Ms Sherrie, she would come out and teach the kids how to safely handle their dogs for obedience, agility and show. I found Ms Sherrie to be hands on showing and explaining as she went along,

She is awesome, she truly loves what she does - that is obvious, she loves both teaching and her passion for the dogs is immense.

I wouldn't hesitate again to have Ms Sherrie train our dog or teach my daughter in a class one could only be so lucky to have someone who cares as she does.

Big, Big Thanks to Ms. Sherrie and Dr. Haupt for your relentless hours of dedication and support to the children within the 4-H dog club.  Logan and Aqua have learned so much, especially how Logan can be a leader to her dog, rather than just a sibling or playmate.  We truly appreciate all you do and continue to do.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families!!

Truly,

The Holanchock's and Aqua of course
